This role provides the flexibility of remote work while still being actively involved in clinical practice at our state-of-the-art Detox Center. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing coordinated care to our clients.

As an LCSW, you will take on a variety of responsibilities that are critical for the successful treatment of our clients. Your key duties will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to understand the unique needs of each patient, followed by the development of individualized treatment plans using evidence-based methodologies.
• Implementing effective therapeutic interventions tailored to the individual needs of patients, utilizing solution-based practices that encourage progress and healing.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation, ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other health professionals, to ensure integrated care delivery across all aspects of treatment.
• Participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to discuss complex cases and elevate the quality of care provided.
• Educating patients and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and coping strategies, fostering patient empowerment and engagement.
• Staying abreast of the latest research and trends in mental health and substance use treatment, applying new knowledge to enhance clinical practice.

In this role, you will engage with a diverse array of clients, including individuals who are dealing with mental health challenges and substance use disorders. Your work will directly contribute to helping these clients achieve their treatment goals and improve their overall quality of life. You will also have the opportunity to work with families, providing support and education to enhance their understanding and management of mental health issues.

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A valid Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• An active LCSW license in the state of Virginia.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in psychotherapeutic settings, demonstrating a strong foundation in solution-based therapeutic techniques.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to cultivate productive relationships with clients and colleagues.
• A proven ability to operate effectively within a collaborative team environment.

Preferred candidates will have a strong background in working with individuals in detox or rehabilitation settings. Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and familiarity with state and federal compliance regulations in mental health will be advantageous.
