This position offers the flexibility of a fully remote work environment while serving in a school setting. You will have the opportunity to work 40 hours per week, offering therapy services to clients from the comfort of your own home. • Provide individual and couples therapy to a diverse client base, addressing a range of emotional and psychological issues.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of all client interactions and treatment plans through our comprehensive EMR system.
• Coordinate scheduling and manage an updated appointment calendar to ensure ongoing support for clients.
• Utilize a billing service to handle insurance and payment processing, making the administrative side of therapy seamless.
• Work collaboratively with fellow team members to share insights, strategies, and resources that enhance therapeutic practices.

Your client base will encompass individuals and couples of various ages, each with unique clinical presentations. Our focus on school-based services will require sensitivity to the needs of students and their families, allowing you to positively impact their academic and personal lives through tailored therapeutic interventions.

• A Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Current and valid LCSW license to practice independently in Virginia.
• Demonstrated professionalism with a commitment to maintaining excellent therapeutic boundaries.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, enabling efficient client scheduling and record-keeping.

• Significant training and experience in providing therapy to couples is highly attractive.
• Previous work within a school setting or with youth populations will be favored.
• A willingness to engage in ongoing professional development to expand your therapeutic repertoire.

The compensation package for this position is competitive, with a salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, complemented by a sign-on bonus for eligible candidates. As a W2 employee, you will receive:
