The Financial Analyst is responsible for conducting comprehensive financial analyses to assess Commercial Real Estate assets, specifically Manufactured Housing, gaining expertise in market factors that influence the industry. This role involves supporting the preparation of financial analyses and market data for use in client-facing documents and presentations.

• Own the process of analyzing P&L statements and rent rolls.
• Manage and update databases tracking investment sales activity, construction pipelines, and other key real estate metrics.
• Occasionally present analyses and provide support to clients.
• Review industry surveys, benchmarks, and economic and demographic trends.
• Conduct research and write market intelligence for marketing materials, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Prepare and present analytical results, including graphics and charts, in a clear and concise manner.
• Build strong working relationships with team members to understand and address their market intelligence needs.
• Leverage market intelligence to develop compelling narratives for deals.
• Other duties as assigned.
