This role primarily focuses on supporting students in a school environment, dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, bullying, and other challenges that can affect academic performance and personal development. You will work with a diverse population of students—from elementary age to high school—that reflects varied backgrounds and experiences.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license in Illinois.
• Proficiency in solution-focused therapy and other evidence-based modalities.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with students and families.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a clinical setting, preferably within schools or community mental health.
• Experience with teletherapy techniques and a comfort level with digital communication tools.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
