• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and risk assessments, to gather comprehensive patient histories.
• Develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients, addressing their individual goals, therapeutic needs, and cultural backgrounds.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions in various settings such as individual, couple, family, and group therapy, to effectively address mental health concerns.
• Provide crisis intervention services, ensuring that patients in acute distress receive immediate support and are referred to additional services as needed.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, adhering to all regulatory guidelines and company policies.
• Engage in regular outcome assessments to monitor treatment progress, making adjustments to therapeutic approaches as necessary.
• Bring knowledge of current research and emerging trends in mental health into practice to enhance the quality of care provided.
• Participate in case conferences with a collaborative team, sharing insights and strategies for optimizing patient care.
• Foster an empowering environment by providing psychoeducation to clients and their families about mental health conditions and coping strategies.

Our client population is diverse, including individuals who have experienced significant trauma, chronic mental health conditions, and those seeking support for a variety of emotional and psychological challenges. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active and valid licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Illinois.
• Proficient ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that enable building rapport with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

A minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling is required. Experience with telehealth platforms and a comfort level in providing therapy remotely are highly advantageous.

• The successful candidate will receive an annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 84,000, with actual compensation determined by factors such as experience and skill level.
