Job Title: Recruiter Contract Length: 12+ Months REMOTE WORK Ref# 247008 Position Summary Seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume, class-based hiring across entry-level roles. This position is responsible for executing structured hiring plans with defined start dates while delivering a consistent, efficient, and high-quality experience for candidates and hiring leaders. The Recruiter will build and maintain class-based talent pipelines, manage multiple concurrent hiring classes, partner with hiring leaders on workforce planning, proactively identify hiring risks, and utilize recruiting systems and metrics to ensure hiring goals are achieved

Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume, class-based hiring from intake through offer and onboarding coordination. Partner with hiring leaders to support workforce planning, including class sizing, hiring timelines, and pipeline targets. Build and maintain forward-looking, class-based candidate pipelines to support upcoming start dates.

Execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and ATS platforms. Screen candidates using structured criteria to assess qualifications, class alignment, and start-date availability. Independently manage multiple requisitions, hiring pipelines, and concurrent hiring classes while maintaining strong desk management practices.

Deliver a responsive and consistent candidate experience through proactive communication and timely updates. Coordinate interviews and pre-hire activities, ensuring efficient scheduling and execution. Monitor pipeline health and identify hiring risks, including acceptance rates, pipeline gaps, and candidate fallout, while recommending solutions.

Maintain accurate ATS documentation, candidate dispositioning, and compliance with hiring policies and audit requirements. Prepare and extend job offers aligned with compensation guidelines and hiring timelines. Utilize recruiting metrics and dashboards to monitor hiring progress, communicate status, and recommend adjustments.

Ensure hiring activities comply with applicable risk management and compliance policies. Required Qualifications 2+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience supporting high-volume, class-based hiring. Experience operating in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment while managing multiple concurrent priorities and deadlines.

Experience executing structured hiring plans or cohort/class-based hiring models. Strong organizational and desk management skills with the ability to independently prioritize workload and maintain recruiting pipeline momentum. Experience consulting with hiring leaders and providing data-driven recommendations to achieve hiring goals.

Proven ability to identify, assess, and escalate hiring risks while applying sound judgment and problem-solving skills. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or similar recruiting systems to manage workflows and maintain accurate recruiting records. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications Experience using Workday, Eightfold, or similar talent acquisition platforms for sourcing, pipeline management, and reporting.
