• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments through psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to gather essential information about patients' needs.
• Collaborate with patients to create individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific mental health goals, taking into account their cultural contexts and personal aspirations.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), delivered in individual, couples, family, and group formats.
• Offer immediate crisis intervention services, working alongside a multidisciplinary team to stabilize patients in acute distress and ensure seamless continuity of care.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, adhering to clinic policies and regulatory standards.
• Engage in psychoeducation for patients and their families, empowering them with strategies and knowledge to effectively manage their mental health conditions.
• Coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers, to deliver holistic support to patients.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
