Job Description:The Enforcement Operations Specialist supports AI safety and policy enforcement efforts by reviewing user interactions, labeling data, investigating potential policy violations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve safeguards and operational workflows.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Review customer signals, user interactions, and code to identify potential policy violations
  • Label and classify content according to established safeguards and policy guidelines
  • Enforce operational workflows with accuracy and consistency
  • Collaborate with analysts, policy teams, and investigators to identify emerging trends and risks
  • Flag content and findings that may require policy updates or classifier improvements
  • Produce weekly operational and enforcement reports
  • Handle policy-related customer communications and appeals
  • Provide surge review support and assist with content moderation needs
  • Respond to cross-functional requests and provide operational insights

Minimum Requirements:
