li>Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to understand clients' needs and formulate therapeutic goals.
• Collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate clients' cultural backgrounds, personal aspirations, and specific challenges.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), in a range of modalities such as individual, couple, family, and group therapy settings.
• Provide crisis intervention services, effectively managing acute situations while coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless continuity of care.
• Accurately document clinical progress, treatment plans, and discharge summaries in compliance with clinic policies and industry regulations.
• Empower patients and their families by offering psychoeducation that enhances their understanding of mental health conditions and coping strategies.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, engaging psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to ensure holistic care for our clients.
• Regularly assess treatment outcomes to measure effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve client well-being.
• Remain up to date with advancements in mental health research and practice, continuously integrating new knowledge into therapeutic methods.
• Uphold ethical standards and ensure the confidentiality and privacy of patient information at all times.

• A Master’s degree or doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.
• Strong ability to work autonomously while also being an effective team player within a multidisciplinary setting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with clients from various cultural backgrounds.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling is required.
• Previous experience in a telehealth setting is a plus, as it prepares you for the unique demands of remote therapy.

• Annual salary range of $70,000 to $84,000, commensurate with experience, education, and skill level.
