Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Analyst based in Netherlands.

This is a high-impact analytics role within a fast-moving mobile gaming environment, where data directly shapes product strategy and player experiences. You will own the full analytical lifecycle, from defining tracking requirements and validating data to uncovering insights and presenting recommendations to leadership. Working closely with producers, game designers, marketing, and other stakeholders, you will turn complex product and user data into clear actions. You will analyze core gaming and marketing metrics, build sophisticated dashboards, and design experiments that help teams make better decisions. The role also offers the opportunity to establish scalable standards for tracking, reporting, and data quality across the organization. As a senior individual contributor, you will have significant autonomy and a direct influence on product priorities and business performance.

Accountabilities:
  • Collect, validate, monitor, and analyze key product and marketing metrics, including DAU, MAU, D1/D7/D30 Retention, LTV, IPM, ARPU, ARPPU, CPI, ROAS, and other relevant KPIs.
  • Define clear technical requirements for new product event tracking, support implementation, and verify data quality after deployment.
  • Conduct deep product analysis across countries, platforms, campaigns, cohorts, and other user segments to identify behavioral patterns and opportunities.
  • Build and analyze retention funnels and other analytical frameworks to understand player engagement and product performance.
  • Develop hypotheses and design, execute, and analyze A/B tests, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Work closely with producers and game designers to inform product priorities, roadmap decisions, and feature development through data-driven insights.
  • Create and implement internal standards for tracking, analytics, reporting, metric definitions, and data quality.
  • Develop and maintain recurring dashboards and reporting systems using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Data Studio, or equivalent platforms.
  • Automate recurring analytical processes and improve the accessibility and reliability of product insights.
  • Independently manage analytical projects end-to-end, from requirements gathering and data collection through analysis, insight generation, and presentation to leadership.
  • Help establish scalable analytical practices that improve the consistency and efficiency of decision-making across teams.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in product, marketing, or BI analytics, including at least 2 years of experience in the mobile gaming industry.
  • Proven ability to independently manage analytical projects from requirements gathering and tracking setup through dashboard development, analysis, and presentation of findings to leadership.
  • Strong understanding of the complete product analytics lifecycle, including hypothesis development, data collection, validation, analysis, and recommendation development.
  • Advanced SQL skills, including writing complex queries, optimizing performance, and working with large datasets.
  • Hands-on experience with BI platforms, particularly Tableau, and the ability to create multi-level dashboards and comprehensive reporting systems.
  • Deep knowledge of product and marketing metrics such as DAU, MAU, D1/D7/D30 Retention, LTV, ARPU, ARPPU, CPI, and ROAS, with the ability to translate them into meaningful business decisions.
  • Experience establishing and standardizing analytical processes, including shared metric definitions, calculation methodologies, and data-quality practices.
  • Practical experience designing and analyzing A/B tests, including hypothesis formulation, experiment design, and statistical evaluation.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with producers, game designers, and leadership and influence product strategy through data.
  • Python experience for statistical analysis, modeling, or automation is a plus.
  • Understanding of data pipeline architecture and experience collaborating with data engineers is a plus.
  • Experience with dbt is an advantage.
Benefits:
  • Flexible benefit budget that can be allocated according to your priorities, including insurance, professional development, fitness, or other well-being needs.
  • Performance-based bonuses recognizing strong results, initiative, teamwork, and measurable impact.
  • Fully remote, remote-first working model with the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world.
  • High level of autonomy, minimal bureaucracy, and the opportunity to turn analytical ideas into tangible business improvements.
  • Professional development opportunities, including training, internal workshops, and strategic sessions.
  • Collaborative team culture focused on shared success, ownership, and continuous improvement.
  • Opportunity to directly influence product strategy and business outcomes in a data-driven mobile gaming environment.
