Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales efforts across the Mid-Atlantic region, focusing on overhead crane systems, hoists, and material handling solutions. This is a field-based role responsible for developing new business, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth within an established industrial territory.
This role requires a candidate who can operate independently, engage with technical stakeholders, and manage the full sales cycle.

Candidates must be currently based within the Mid-Atlantic region
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory sales strategy targeting industrial and manufacturing clients
- Identify and secure new business opportunities while growing existing accounts
- Conduct on-site client visits, facility walkthroughs, and solution discussions
- Prepare technical proposals and pricing for crane systems and related services
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, operations) to deliver tailored solutions
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and reporting through CRM
- Represent the company in client meetings, site visits, and industry events
Required Qualifications
- 3–8+ years of experience in:
- Overhead crane systems
- Hoists / rigging equipment
- Material handling or industrial equipment sales
- Proven track record of territory management and revenue generation
- Experience in consultative / technical sales environments
- Strong understanding of industrial sectors (manufacturing, fabrication, logistics)
- Ability to travel extensively within the region
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing client relationships within the Mid-Atlantic region
- Experience with service contracts, inspections, or maintenance sales
- Technical or engineering background (preferred, not required)
