Advise on bank regulatory, anti-money laundering, consumer protection, fintech, chartering, licensing, cryptocurrency, and related matters.
Handle complex regulatory and transactional issues, investigations, administrative enforcement actions, and legislative matters.
Work with U.S. and international financial institutions, fintech platforms, and other regulated entities.
Engage with federal and state banking regulators and contribute to strategy, written advocacy, and client counseling.
Collaborate across litigation, corporate, legislative, investigations, and regulatory teams.
Candidate Profile
Mid-level associate in the JD 2020-2023 range.
Demonstrated experience and continued interest in financial-services regulation or adjacent areas.
Strong research, writing, analytical, teamwork, and independent problem-solving skills.
Excellent academic credentials and references; current admission or eligibility for admission in the selected jurisdiction.
