In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Manage a caseload of youth clients, establishing rapport and nurturing positive therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.
• Regularly assess client progress in individual therapy sessions, adjusting treatment plans and making recommendations for discharge when appropriate.
• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs and goals.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation, including intake assessments and progress notes, in compliance with clinical standards and organizational policies.
• Conduct individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis, effectively addressing various mental health challenges.
• Engage in regular supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and receive feedback.
• Collaborate seamlessly with other healthcare providers, ensuring integrated care for your clients.

Our clinic primarily serves youth dealing with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse challenges. • A Master’s Degree in Mental Health or a related field.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida.
• Ability to meet internal credentialing requirements necessary for our clinical settings.

• A minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric patients and/or populations struggling with substance abuse.
• Previous experience in conducting assessments, providing diagnoses, and conducting individual and group therapy sessions.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and basic computer skills for documentation and communications.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 65,000 to 80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer:
