POSITION PURPOSE
Support development and/or develop solutions on ERP PeopleSoft and other TIS applications for Finance and Supply Chain Management Services. Performs advisory role assisting System Office and RHM management teams and colleagues in identification, definition, analysis and support of assigned programs, projects and/or initiatives to achieve optimal outcomes relative to TIS and other programs and procedures, as assigned.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Support and/or develop application build solutions and implement for PeopleSoft ERP Finance and Supply Chain applications using People Tools App Designer, SQL Developer, and other tools.
  • Create functional and/or technical design documents as required for development, testing and implementation of solutions as per industry and Trinity Health standards.
  • Design, build and test new capabilities and solutions supporting application development and third-party application integration.
  • Test developed solutions with other teams and business partners and follow through implementation.
  • Participate and Support PeopleSoft and People tools Upgrade design. Support preparation of detailed project work plans and project status reports.
  • Research and contributes to recommendations on introduction of new functionality.
  • Responsible for meeting deadlines and identifying risks and solutions.
  • Critical analysis of data and ERP applications and provide recommendations to team, customers, business owners and at all levels of management as required.
  • Analyze business processes and reengineer as required to improve business and/or clinical needs.
  • Investigate issues identified by TIS or site personnel. Validates impact. Supports Trinity Health management to prioritize vendor, TIS and business process issues. Defines issues and recommends solutions or triage solutions with team.
  • Provides critical analysis of data to support assigned program, project and/or engagement and articulates same to colleagues, customers, business owners and all levels of management as required.
  • Recommend innovative application solutions to product workflow, patient safety, productivity, and financial problems.
  • Provide application integration recommendations to support decisions impacting multiple applications and clinical / business units.
  • Provides specialized guidance as required for integration, architecture, system selection, strategy, electronic health and/or financial records, clinical systems implementations, and clinical process transformation.
  • Knows, understands, incorporates, and demonstrates the Trinity Health Mission, Vision, and Values in behaviors, practices, and decisions.
  • Guide and contribute to the corporate, TIS, departmental and RHM development of programs and project deliverables to align with corporate strategy.

  • Maintains a working knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, the Trinity Health Integrity and Compliance Program, Code of Conduct, as well as other policies and procedures to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical, and professional behavior.
  • pay grade 15 range 98,240.28-147,360.42 Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Healthcare or related field or an equivalent combination of education or experience.
  • Minimum of five (5) years Information Technology experience and working in a team set up.
  • Minimum of 3 years of functional experience supporting ERP PeopleSoft Finance and Supply Chain modules and IT solutions.
  • Minimum of 5 years of technical or functional experience developing and supporting ERP PeopleSoft application.
  • Must possess a good understanding of IT development solutions and implementation in a shared services environment, including challenges and issues specific to the same.
  • Familiar with Software Development Life Cycle with understanding on design, configuration/development, testing, QA processes, and implementation.
  • Healthcare or financial systems industry experience required.
  • Strong analytical, organizational and group process skills. Ability to perform complex problem solving.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, human relations, management, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work and work of others to meet defined goals.
  • Must be comfortable operating in a collaborative shared leadership environment.
