Nurse Practitioner (NP)

Location: Remote (U.S.) – Must reside in or be eligible for licensure in Virginia

Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift (Core Business Hours)

Travel: Occasional travel to Springfield, VA for onboarding and meetings as required

Euola is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners (NPs) to support TSA's CARES program by conducting advanced medical record reviews and providing clinical recommendations regarding applicant and employee medical qualifications. This position is fully remote after onboarding and focuses on occupational health case review rather than direct patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of complex medical documentation.
  • Evaluate Fitness-for-Duty (FFD) determinations.
  • Review Annual Medical Certification (AMC) cases.
  • Analyze medical histories and supporting documentation.
  • Recommend medical qualification determinations for TSA physicians.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers to obtain additional clinical information.
  • Document clinical findings in federal information systems.
  • Meet established productivity and quality metrics.
  • Support continuous quality improvement efforts.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Virginia (or ability to obtain prior to start).
  • Master's or Doctorate in Nursing (MSN/DNP).
  • Minimum five (5) years of Nurse Practitioner experience.
  • Experience in:

    • Employee Health
    • Medical Review

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills
