Salary:

Job Title: Workday HCM Functional Architect (Advisory RFP Support)
Industry: Information Technology
Location: Remote (U.S.-based)
Employment Type: Part-Time (Advisory; a few hours per week)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Workday HCM Functional Architect to support an RFP effort for a large university system. This role is ideal for a seasoned Workday professional who can provide strategic guidance on designing a job architecture and compensation framework that aligns with Workday configuration requirements.

  • Offer best practice recommendations based on prior Workday deployments

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Ability to translate business requirements into Workday-aligned solutions
  • Strong advisory and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting RFPs or pre-sales solutioning efforts
  • Prior experience working with higher education or large, complex organizations
  • Experience in end-to-end Workday implementations, including design through deployment
