Through structured training, mentorship, and exposure to industry-leading technologies including virtualization, simulation, and remote support platforms, you'll build the skills and experience needed to launch a rewarding engineering career.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Work directly with customers to troubleshoot technical challenges and deliver effective solutions
  • Learn industry-leading technologies through hands-on field experience and mentorship from experienced engineers
  • Assist with system testing, quality assurance activities, and performance evaluations
  • Provide on-site and remote support during project implementation and system upgrades
  • Participate in customer training sessions and Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs)
  • Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and customers to ensure successful project execution
  • Develop strong technical, problem-solving, and customer relationship skills through real-world experience
  • Contribute to the improvement of operational procedures, field documentation, and best practices
  • Build a deep understanding of critical infrastructure systems that support power generation and water treatment operations

Who You Are:

You encourage open dialogue to discuss alternative perspectives. You break down objectives into appropriate initiatives and actions. You have great listening skills and enjoy building relationships with others. You readily tackle new challenges and stay focused when solving complex problems in dynamic environments.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Knowledge of engineering fundamentals, design principles, and problem-solving methodologies
  • Strong analytical thinking and a passion for troubleshooting technical challenges
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn new technologies
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to travel up to 80% as required

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • Internship, co-op, research, capstone, or other hands-on technical project experience
  • Exposure to automation, controls, software, simulation, or related technologies
  • Experience working on team-based projects
  • Leadership experience through student organizations, athletics, volunteer activities, or engineering clubs
