Job description

Position Overview:

  • We are seeking an experienced SAP PLM System Integration (PLMSI) Developer to support the Plan-to-Stock (PTS) Value Stream as part of an enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA transformation initiative.
  • This role is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting SAP PLM System Integration (PLMSI) solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality applications and system integrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and support SAP PLMSI solutions within SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
  • Develop enhancements, forms, interfaces, custom screens, custom tables, RAP applications, and BADI implementations.
  • Support software development scoping, sizing, and execution for RICEWF requirements.
  • Review functional and technical specifications to ensure scalable and sustainable solutions.
  • Collaborate with middleware and integration teams to optimize interfaces between SAP and external systems.
  • Work closely with Plan-to-Stock (PTS) developers and partner technology teams to resolve technical challenges.
  • Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, including Planning, Functional Design, Development, Testing, UAT, Cutover, Training, and Go-Live.

Basic Qualifications

  • Proven SAP design and development experience in SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA.
  • Technical expertise in SAP PLM System Integration (PLMSI).
  • Understanding of Production Planning (PP) concepts, including Bill of Materials (BOMs), Routings, and Work Orders.
  • Experience with BRF+ and SAP integration interfaces.
  • Strong ABAP development experience.
  • Experience supporting large-scale SAP implementations.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Restful ABAP (RAP), ABAP Development Tools (ADT), ALV, Adobe Forms, ALE/IDOC, RFC/BAPI, BADIs, Workflow, LSMW/LTMC, CDS Views, AMDP, AIF, and DRF.
  • Experience with Fiori Launchpad, Fiori Elements, SAPUI5, JavaScript, Git, WebIDE/BAS, and related SAP technologies.
  • Experience with SOAP, OData, IDOCs, Proxy integrations, and SAP Focused Build.
  • Experience with RF screen development.
  • Experience integrating SAP PLMSI with manufacturing and production systems.
