Location: Weston, FL

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with flexibility to close deals after hours as needed

What You'll Do

  • Network with Purpose: Use your contacts, social media presence, and personal networks to generate leads from friends, family, and community connections.
  • Engage and Connect: Build authentic relationships—take a realtor out to lunch weekly, attend local events, and be a visible, reliable resource.
  • Guide Clients with Expertise: Provide outstanding service to home buyers throughout the loan process, from application to close—and beyond.
  • Grow Your Book: Maintain lasting client relationships to gain referrals and repeat business.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work with a mentor with over 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry, gaining hands-on knowledge that accelerates your growth.

Required Qualifications

  • NMLS Mortgage License (18-33): Active licensure required.
  • Proven Production Track Record: Preferably closing between $3–12 million in annual volume at a brokerage
  • Commute Preference: Candidates who reside closer to the Weston area are strongly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills
  • Comfort working flexible hours when needed to close deals
  • Prior mortgage or sales experience is ideal

Compensation & Benefits

  • Commission Structure: 1.5% per deal, with higher potential based on experience and performance
    • Example: $10 million in closed loans per year = $150,000 income
  • Bonus Potential: Additional earnings tied to individual performance
