Position Overview
B amp;T USA is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager responsible for implementing and managing the company’s online sales strategy to drive revenue growth and enhance customer experience. This role oversees the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, including website performance, digital marketing, product merchandising, analytics, and customer journey optimization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify new opportunities to increase online sales and market share.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  • Oversee the functionality, performance, and user experience of the e-commerce platform.
  • Ensure website content is accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for conversions.
  • Coordinate updates, launches, and enhancements with development teams.
  • Manage online marketing channels such as SEO, SEM, email, social media, and paid advertising.
  • Plan and execute campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and sales.
  • Optimize conversion rates and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Collaborate with merchandising/operations teams to manage product listings, pricing, and inventory.
  • Ensure proper categorization, descriptions, and imagery for all products.
