Senior Associate Attorney – Construction Defect Litigation

A well-established plaintiff-side construction defect litigation practice is seeking an experienced litigator to join its team in the San Francisco Bay Area.

This fully remote position offers the opportunity to manage complex construction defect matters involving homeowner associations and residential communities throughout California.


Responsibilities

  • Manage complex litigation matters from inception through resolution
  • Draft and argue motions
  • Conduct and oversee discovery
  • Take and defend depositions
  • Prepare matters for mediation, arbitration, and judicial reference proceedings
  • Evaluate and negotiate settlements


Qualifications

  • 10+ years of litigation experience
  • Construction defect experience preferred but not required
  • Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
  • Must reside within driving distance of the central Bay Area
  • Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary starting in the low $200,000s, depending on experience
