In this role, you will provide psychotherapy services to individuals facing various mental health challenges. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to pinpoint client needs and developing individualized treatment plans utilizing best practices.

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other techniques tailored to the unique preferences of each client.

• Maintaining precise clinical records that comply with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and high-quality documentation.

• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide coordinated patient care.

• Participating in regular case consultations and peer review discussions to enhance service quality and address complex cases effectively.

• Educating clients and their support systems about mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources available to assist them in their recovery.

• Staying current with research developments in mental health to enhance clinical practices and treatment efficacy.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
