This full-time position offers a dynamic remote work setting, allowing you to engage with clients from the comfort of your home while still being an integral part of our multidisciplinary team. • Conduct thorough evaluations of clients, assessing the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms to inform individualized treatment strategies.
• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with their goals, preferences, and unique needs.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to help clients manage emotional and relational challenges.
• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and strategies for self-care and resilience.
• Monitor client progress consistently and adjust treatment plans in response to their evolving needs and feedback.
• Coordinate care with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to treatment.
• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in the field of marriage and family therapy to enhance therapeutic strategies.
• Maintain confidential and accurate documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development workshops to foster personal growth and collective service improvements.
• Advocate for clients' mental health needs while addressing and dismantling stigmas associated with seeking help.

• Must hold a current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Demonstrated empathy, an understanding attitude, and nonjudgmental support are critical attributes.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to balance caseload effectively.

• Experience with specific therapeutic modalities such as structural family therapy, narrative therapy, and solutions-focused therapy is a plus.
• Background in working with diverse populations, particularly in community health or outpatient settings.
• Familiarity with remote therapy tools and platforms is beneficial.
