• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand the psychological and social needs of patients, paving the way for effective treatment plans.
• Develop and implement solution-focused therapeutic interventions tailored to individual patient circumstances.
• Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation using our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals including physicians, nurses, and chaplains to create a comprehensive care plan for every patient.
• Educate and support patients and their families on coping strategies and available resources, facilitating informed decisions about end-of-life care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying current with the latest mental health research and treatment methodologies.

The patients you will serve are individuals facing terminal illnesses, along with their families who may be navigating complex emotions during a challenging time. Your experience in solution-focused therapeutic approaches will be vital in helping clients cope with grief, loss, and transitions associated with end-of-life decisions. Your expertise will significantly contribute to enhancing their quality of life and emotional well-being during this sensitive phase.

• Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, demonstrating a solid foundation in clinical practice.
• A valid LCSW license to practice within the state of Tennessee is required.
• In-depth knowledge of and experience in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions.
• Strong communication skills paired with problem-solving abilities to effectively address clients’ needs and concerns.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably with a focus on mental health support or palliative care.
• Expertise in working with diverse populations, including but not limited to those experiencing end-of-life issues.
• Experience with electronic health record systems and documentation practices.

• Annual salary range between USD 80,000 and 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
