SOSi is seeking a Target Analyst Expert to support GEOINT mission requirements for a government customer. The role involves remote sensing, geospatial analysis, and targeting to support high‑visibility defense missions. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in GEOINT production, advanced target development, and intelligence cycle operations.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Conduct detailed multisource target research and analysis to identify, validate, and prioritize targets.
  • Use advanced analytical tools, databases, and methodologies to produce actionable intelligence.
  • Develop comprehensive target packages for joint lethal and non‑lethal operations.
  • Produce target nominations, maintain target database records, and update target intelligence products.
  • Conduct collateral damage estimation (CDE), battle damage assessments (BDA), and support combat assessment requirements.
  • Manage target lists and contribute to target strategy development for both deliberate and dynamic targeting.
  • Perform all‑source analytic assessments to support operational and strategic decision‑making.
  • Create clear, concise, and accurate intelligence reports that include detailed assessments, supporting data, and recommendations.
  • Ensure all documentation adheres to established standards, classification guidelines, and required formatting.
  • Coordinate with intelligence partners to ensure analytic findings support broader mission objectives.
Qualifications
  • Current/active TS/SCI security clearance with Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI).
  • MA or MS in Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field AND 10 years CURRENT Intelligence Analysis experience; OR BA/BS degree in Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field AND at least 15 years of CURRENT Intelligence Analysis experience; OR HS diploma/GED AND Specialized Training with at least 20 years of Intelligence Analysis experience.
  • Relevant experience should be in the field of remote sensing, Geospatial analysis, all-source analysis.
  •  Experience should include at least 5 years working supporting the Joint targeting cycle.
  • Understanding of the Intelligence Cycle, Collection Management Cycle, Targeting Cycle, and supporting intelligence analytic techniques; Understanding of Intelligence Support /Role in the MDMP.
  • Expert level research and writing skills.
  • Expert knowledge of GEOINT software including RemoteView, SOCET GXP, DIEE, or ArcGIS.
  • Experience with photogrammetric principles and techniques.
  • Experience in overseeing and executing target development standard as defined in JP 3-60 and CJCSI 3370.01D.
  • Training and expert knowledge in basic, intermediate, and advanced target development.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • GPC-II Imagery Certification.
  • Experience with commercial visualization software.
  • Experience with MS Office suite of tools.
  • Experience presenting at community forums and symposiums.
  • Completion of related defense (or service equivalent) 35/350G, 12Y/125D, or 35F/350F military occupational specialty school.

  • Normal office conditions.
  • The primary performance location for this contract will be Fort Gordon, Georgia. The Government reserves the right to require contract performance at alternate locations, as dictated by mission requirements, and these locations may be subject to change.
  • Additional performance locations are as follows:
    • MacDill AFB, Florida
    • Buckley SFB, Colorado
    • Springfield, Virginia
  • Potential performance locations may include the following:
    • Vicenza, Italy
    • Wiesbaden, Germany
    • Fort Shafter, Hawaii
