• Conduct thorough intake assessments and screenings, utilizing structured tools to understand the mental health needs of students, and recommend tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver compassionate short-term individual counseling sessions, focusing on crisis intervention strategies for students contending with anxiety, stress, personal challenges, or academic pressures.
• Facilitate therapy groups that focus on relevant topics such as coping skills, emotional regulation, and peer relationships, providing students with a safe space to share and learn.
• Collaborate with academic advisors, resident life coordinators, and student organizations to create a comprehensive support network that promotes student success.
• Participate in outreach initiatives, such as wellness workshops and mental health awareness campaigns, designed to educate the student body on available resources and promote a culture of well-being.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of patient records in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements, ensuring all administrative processes are handled diligently.

This role primarily serves a diverse population of college students, offering an opportunity to engage with individuals from various backgrounds facing unique challenges. • Must hold an active license as a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.
• Proven understanding of the mental health challenges specific to the college student demographic.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster meaningful connections with students and collaborate effectively with faculty and staff.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and brief therapy techniques suitable for a university counseling environment.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced telehealth environment, managing a diverse caseload while ensuring high-quality care.

• Experience working within a university counseling center or similar environment.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and documentation systems.
• Evidence of participation in continued professional development activities.

• Competitive annual salary between USD 70,000 and 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
