• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and develop individualized treatment plans in alignment with evidence-based practices.
• Implement and administer solution-focused therapeutic interventions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and policies.
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team including psychiatrists, primary care providers, and community organizations to deliver coordinated care.
• Facilitate case consultations and participate in peer review meetings aimed at enhancing clinical care and patient outcomes.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment options, empowering them to take an active role in their care.
• Stay abreast of the latest research, trends, and methodologies in mental health to foster continual improvement in service delivery.

In this role, you will work with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, each facing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Our clinic recognizes the importance of cultural competence and welcomes individuals from all backgrounds, ensuring they receive respectful and effective care tailored to their experiences and needs.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LICSW license issued in the state of Massachusetts.
• A minimum of 3 years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting, specializing in psychotherapy.
• Strong proficiency in solution-based interventions and therapeutic methodologies.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills that enable you to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Ability to thrive within a multidisciplinary team-oriented setting, contributing to shared goals for improved patient care.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in community mental health settings, involvement in case management, or specialized training in trauma-informed care. Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems will be advantageous for maintaining comprehensive clinical documentation and facilitating communication within the care team.
