• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health conditions to formulate individualized treatment plans that address specific needs and goals.
• Provide evidence-based therapy services in real-time via telehealth, ensuring that sessions adhere to clinical guidelines and best practices.
• Establish and maintain therapeutic alliances with clients, collaborating on therapeutic goals and offering continuous support throughout the treatment process.
• Implement diverse therapeutic methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused therapy to align with clients' preferences.
• Stay up-to-date with clinical practices and maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, client progress, and treatment outcomes using our streamlined electronic health record system.

Your role will involve working with a diverse clientele facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. By leveraging your expertise, you will guide clients in navigating their experiences, fostering resilience, and developing coping strategies through tailored therapy sessions. • A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is mandatory.
• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and sustain rapport with clients in a virtual setting.
• Ability to demonstrate empathy, compassion, and understanding toward clients' personal narratives and challenges.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to maintain therapy schedules and ensure thorough documentation effectively.

• Experience in providing telehealth services or using remote counseling platforms is preferred but not necessary.
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health records (EHR) systems for clinical documentation is beneficial.
• Background in working with varied demographics to address culturally relevant practices and sensitivity.

• Your annual salary will range from USD 80,000 to 104,000, dependent on your caseload and experience.
