Location: Remote, however all applicants Must be physically located in the Greater Phoenix Area in Arizona. No Exceptions.

Work Type: Remote with training & meetings in office in Scottsdale, AZ

Reports To: CEO

Position Type: This is a W2 Sales Professional Salary Exempt Position

Compensation Range: $50,000 - $65,000 /yr DOE, + Performance Pay* and car and phone allowance

Pay Schedule: Semi-Monthly on the 7th and 22nd

Detailed Summary of Benefits

  • Minimum of 40 hours of Paid Sick Time (PST), based on state of residency, frontloaded and available for use at the beginning of each calendar year. New employees starting during the year will receive a pro-rated PST hours based on their start date.
  • Up to 80 hours of Paid Time Off (PTO) each calendar year, accrued at 3.33 hours per payperiod, for FT Employees.
  • 80 hours of Paid Vacation Time after one year of continuous employment, frontloaded on work anniversary date for FT employees.
  • 120 hours of Paid Vacation Time, frontloaded on the work anniversary date, after your 5th year of continuous employment for FT employees.
  • 9+ Paid Holidays each calendar year.

Position Description

The Account Executive / Sales Associate position will play a key role in generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting the firm's full suite of grant consulting services. This individual will work closely with leadership and consulting teams to identify prospective clients, conduct outreach, qualify leads, and guide organizations through the initial client consultation and onboarding process.


Essential Job Functions

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across nonprofit, education, healthcare, government, and community sectors
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, networking, conferences, and referral partnerships
  • This position requires regular local, regional, and national travel for client meetings, networking events, conferences, presentations, and business development activities. Occasional overnight travel will be required.
  • Build and maintain a strong potential client pipeline using CRM tools and follow-up strategies
  • Educate prospective clients on grant consulting services, including:

  • Schedule and coordinate discovery meetings with leadership

Required

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or consulting sales

  • Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management (HubSpot)

Work Environment
