Location: Remote (United States)

Job Type: W2 Contract (6 Months with Potential Extension or Conversion)

Pay Rate: $19.00 per Hour

Schedule: 40 Hours per Week | Sunday–Saturday | Any Shift Between 6:00 AM – 11:00 PM EST

Training: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (4 Weeks)

Nesting Period: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (3 Weeks)

Position Overview


Pride Health is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to support patients in scheduling healthcare appointments and navigating services. This fully remote position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced call center environment while utilizing EPIC and other workflow tools.


Key Responsibilities

· Provide professional telephone-based customer service to patients and community members.

· Schedule, reschedule, and coordinate medical appointments accurately and efficiently.

· Utilize EPIC and internal systems to document and update patient information.

· Follow established workflows, policies, and procedures to ensure quality and compliance.

· Maintain accurate data entry and documentation standards.

· Adhere to assigned schedules, attendance requirements, and performance metrics.

· Collaborate with team members and leadership to support operational goals.

· Assist callers with appointment-related inquiries and direct them to appropriate resources when needed.


Required Qualifications

· Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy.

· Ability to follow workflows, directions, and schedules consistently.

· Friendly, compassionate, and patient-focused approach to customer interactions.

· Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, between 6:00 AM and 11:00 PM EST.

· Reliable internet connection and dedicated remote work environment.

· Bilingual in English and Spanish.

· Experience scheduling medical appointments.

· Previous healthcare, hospital, clinic, or medical office experience.

· Experience using EPIC or other Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.

· Call center or contact center experience.
