You will be working collaboratively with a team of psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other mental health specialists who are equally committed to improving community mental health outcomes. • Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and their families to understand their specific mental health needs.
• Provide individualized and family therapy based on identified challenges, goals, and best practices tailored to each patient's circumstances.
• Manage administrative responsibilities including timely completion of billing, documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms to ensure smooth operational flow.
• Develop and implement crisis plans, safety plans, and relapse prevention strategies to promote patient stability and wellness.
• Formulate comprehensive discharge plans that empower patients toward continuous progress after leaving the clinic.
• Adhere to all federal and state laws, regulatory requirements, and NEHS policies and procedures, ensuring compliant practice at all times.
• Engage in ongoing training and continuing education to remain at the forefront of mental health best practices.
• Participate in case consultations and agency meetings to align on patient care strategies and facilitate peer support.
• Ensure all licensure requirements and mandatory training are completed within designated timeframes.

Our primary focus is on underserved communities, aiming to provide equal access to behavioral health services for individuals from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. As a Mental Health Counselor, you will work with patients facing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and other mental health conditions. Your efforts will be pivotal in creating lasting positive impacts on their quality of life.

• A Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field that qualifies you for licensure.
• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) in the state of Washington is essential.

• Prior experience in a community health clinic or similar setting.
• Demonstrated proficiency in delivering culturally competent care and implementing evidence-based practices.
• Experience in working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to achieve patient-centric goals.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, based on licensure and experience. In addition to financial compensation, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
