• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
• Engage in individual, group, couple, and family therapy sessions, addressing a wide range of mental health issues.
• Document client interactions accurately and in compliance with legal and ethical standards while maintaining confidentiality.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff, to ensure holistic client care.
• Participate in regular professional development and training workshops to enhance your skills and stay updated on the latest mental health research and practices.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Renovate Counseling Services, you will work with a broad spectrum of clients, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relationship difficulties. Our commitment to serving underserved communities means you’ll often engage with clients who have historically faced barriers to accessing mental health care. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.
• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, particularly in a clinical setting.
• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards related to mental health practice.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software to document client interactions and treatment plans.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse counseling is highly preferred.
• Experience working in telehealth settings is an advantage, particularly in providing therapy remotely.

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, depending on experience and caseload capacity.
