Oncology Concierge Technician – Onco360 Pharmacy
Full-Time | Starting at $24.00/hr and up
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 for employees starting before July 31st, 2026.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, shifts varying from 9:00 AM–5:30 PM or 11:30 AM–8:00 PM EST, some shifts include Saturdays.

What You’ll Do
The Oncology Concierge Technician supports pharmacists and pharmacy operations by assisting with dispensing specialty medications, resolving patient and provider inquiries, and ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations and manufacturer programs.
How You’ll Do This
  • Provide first-call resolution for patient and provider inquiries, triage calls to appropriate departments
  • Phone support- Coordinate medication deliveries and collect co-payments. Inbound calls should be handled using first call resolution customer service practices.
  • Understand unique attributes and business rules specific to Manufacturer programs that participate with Concierge Services
  • Perform duties as assigned by Sr Mgr, Ops Processes amp; Concierge Service specific to needs of manufacturer relationship. This could include but not limited to: verifying on label status, offering HUB enrollment opportunities, researching pending patients for updates
  • Performs activities related to the practice of pharmacy in accordance with state and federal laws and REMS programs.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed and other duties as assigned

What You Bring
Required:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of pharmacy experience
  • Registration with Board of Pharmacy (as required by state law)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Pharmacy or healthcare-related knowledge, knowledge of pharmacy terminology including sig codes, and Roman numerals, brand/generic names of medication, basic math and analytical skills, Intermediate typing/keyboarding skills.
Preferred:
  • Certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB)
  • 3+ years pharmacy experience
  • Specialty pharmacy experience
