The LCSW will focus primarily on hospice patients facing terminal illness. Our patient population is varied, dealing with complex issues surrounding end-of-life care, including trauma, anxiety, and grief. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is essential.
• An active LCSW license in Pennsylvania is required to practice legally in our hospice setting.
