Role Summary

Customer-facing inside sales professional responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new business, converting competitive accounts, and expanding existing customer relationships. This role is designed to build deep business and product expertise while delivering measurable sales results through remote engagement channels.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, target, and win new business opportunities, with a strong focus on converting competitive accounts.
  • Develop a deep understanding of company products, solutions, value propositions, and market positioning to effectively differentiate against competitors.
  • Manage the full sales cycle (prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, negotiation, and close) via phone, video, and digital channels.
  • Grow and retain existing accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities and strengthening long-term customer relationships.
  • Partner with channel and distribution stakeholders to drive alignment and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding individual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Leverage CRM tools and data insights to track activity, forecast accurately, and inform sales strategy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and field sales teams to optimize customer engagement and campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to refine outreach strategies.
  • Operate with a high level of autonomy while contributing to team performance and knowledge sharing.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or universityORAssociate's degree with at least 2+ years of relevant sales or customer-facing experience.
  • Proven ability or strong interest in inside sales, business development, or account management.
  • Experience with CRM systems and virtual selling tools preferred.

It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
