Evara Mental Health Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic team. This role will be performed in a remote setting, offering the flexibility to balance personal and professional responsibilities. Our clinic promotes a collaborative culture where therapists are encouraged to engage in case consultations and team meetings via virtual platforms, ensuring active communication and support across our teams. You will have access to electronic health records to efficiently manage your caseload and clinical documentation.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Evara, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' emotional, relational, and behavioral challenges, tailoring treatment plans to align with client goals.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions designed for couples and families, utilizing approaches like cognitive-behavioral therapy, systemic therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Support clients navigating life transitions, trauma recovery, and relational complexities by providing a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers to ensure comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of a client’s well-being.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and best practices in mental health care.
• Participate in continuous education, clinical team meetings, and case consultations to enhance professional development and stay updated with best practices.
• Manage a caseload that aligns with your clinical interests and expertise, contributing to an engaging work experience.

The clients you will serve at Evara Mental Health Services include individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds who are facing emotional or relational challenges. Our focus is on providing culturally competent services to diverse populations, ensuring that every client feels respected and understood in their therapeutic journey.

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Possess a Master’s or Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Hold an active and unrestricted Tennessee LMFT license, or be license-eligible within 90 days of hiring.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of systemic therapy and trauma-informed care principles.
• Exhibit excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Show proficiency in using electronic health records and other clinical documentation tools.

Candidates with the following experience will be given preference:

• A minimum of two years working with couples and families in a clinical setting.
• Experience with a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to meet the needs of diverse populations.

We offer a competitive salary range between $80,000 - $90,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
