What are the typical challenges faced by remote relay protection engineers in coordinating with on-site teams?

Remote Relay Protection Engineers often collaborate with on-site teams to commission, test, and troubleshoot protection systems. A common challenge is ensuring clear communication when diagnosing issues, as remote access can limit hands-on troubleshooting. Building strong relationships with on-site personnel and maintaining organized records helps bridge the gap and ensures successful project outcomes.
