• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to identify mental health needs, utilizing structured tools and interviews to craft personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific situations.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy sessions through secure online platforms, ensuring that each session addresses the unique needs of clients and adheres to best practices.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or a doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients, ensuring a supportive and therapeutic connection in a virtual format.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and insight into the challenges faced by clients in different life situations.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, enabling you to efficiently manage multiple clients while maintaining thorough documentation.

• Experience in providing remote therapy services, with a comfort level in utilizing digital tools for client interaction.
• Specialties in specific therapeutic areas, such as trauma-informed care, grief counseling, or substance use disorders, may be advantageous.
