Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate client needs, establishing a foundation for effective treatment.
• Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing solution-focused methodologies, regularly updating them to reflect client progress.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions through individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing a range of theoretical approaches and techniques.
• Maintain meticulous and timely clinical documentation compliant with state regulations and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, actively participating in case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance care coordination.
• Support and educate clients and their families, equipping them with knowledge and skills to foster better mental health.
• Stay informed on the latest research and advancements in mental health to contribute to best practices and improved client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals from various socio-economic backgrounds, ages, and mental health challenges. Our clinic emphasizes personalized care; thus, your skills will be crucial in addressing a variety of mental health issues ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and family dynamics. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current LCSW licensure in the state of Illinois.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience with a focus on psychotherapy.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
