  • Partner with the U.S. Country Senior Manager on other trade compliance projects and initiatives.

U.S. Export Compliance

  • Manage and support daily U.S. export operational activity, including review of export documentation and data elements required for EEI filing.
  • Coordinate and support routed export transactions and ensure appropriate documentation and authorization controls.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships and performance of EEI filing agents and brokers.
  • Perform and support restricted and denied party screening, including escalation and resolution of potential matches.
  • Perform ECCN and Schedule B classifications.
  • Support export license determinations, license applications, exceptions, and related recordkeeping, as applicable.

  • Assist with internal trade compliance training for relevant business functions.
  • Partner cross-functionally to investigate compliance issues, identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and drive process improvements.
