We are seeking a Strength & Conditioning Coach responsible for delivering world-class strength, conditioning, rehab, and athlete development programs in collaboration with the interdisciplinary APC team. This role owns the quality of the training experience inside the APC, including program design, athlete engagement, session flow, coaching, and the overall standard of execution in the training center. In addition to in-center training this role is responsible for helping extend APC's athlete performance support into field-based, remote, camp, and competition environments.

Job Description

Contribute to elevating the overall expertise of the program by proactively engaging in continuous learning, professional development, and research partnerships while sharing new insights through presentations and team discussions.

INTEGRATION OF IN-FIELD AND REMOTE SUPPORT

Extend APC athlete performance support beyond the facility through field-based training, remote programming, athlete check-ins, camp support, and competition-adjacent preparation.

Collaborate with sport coaches, external practitioners, athlete managers, and APC staff to ensure training recommendations are realistic, coordinated, and executable outside the APC.

Translate APC testing, monitoring, and performance insights into practical field-based interventions, training modifications, and return-to-performance progressions.

Ensure in-field and remote support maintain the same standards of clarity, professionalism, and athlete-centered care as in-center APC services.

Flexibility to occasionally work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred:
