We're seeking a skilled Admissions Coordinator to join our team. As an Admission Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in managing admissions inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience for prospective clients.   • Navigate Call Tracking Metrics and Outlook efficiently for communication and follow-up.
  • Provide compassionate, professional customer service to prospective clients and their families.
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail while multi-tasking across systems and client cases.
  • Coordinate internally with clinical, outreach, and admissions teams to ensure continuity of care and a smooth admissions process.
