About the Role

We're seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Administrative & Virtual Assistant to support our team with daily administrative and operational tasks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, communicating with people, and helping a business run efficiently—all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
  • Respond to emails and handle correspondence professionally.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and virtual meetings when needed.
