• Conduct individual counseling sessions with clients via secure video chat to address their mental health concerns and improve their overall well-being.
• Facilitate discussions that encourage clients to explore their emotions and experiences, fostering greater self-awareness and insight into their relationships.
• Act as a client advocate, assisting them in defining personal goals and developing actionable plans to achieve their objectives.
• Evaluate clients' mental health conditions and create customized treatment plans informed by evidence-based methodologies and your clinical expertise.
• Monitor client progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes and continuous improvement.

Our clients consist primarily of individuals who have been thoroughly prescreened and present with stable, low-acuity mental health concerns. This focus allows you to engage with clients who are typically in a more manageable state, thus enabling you to apply therapeutic techniques effectively within a supportive framework. Our goal is to enhance the quality of life for our clients while maintaining a sustainable work environment for our therapists.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling.
• An independent license to practice in California, specifically one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.
• Proven ability to make professional evaluations, treatment decisions, and recommendations based on clinical experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills characterized by empathy, understanding, and a sympathetic nature.
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency with teletherapy platforms.

• Previous experience providing remote counseling services preferred, though not mandatory.
• Familiarity with digital health platforms and an understanding of virtual therapy practices.
• Experience working with diverse populations and in different therapeutic environments is a plus.

• Competitive annual salary between USD 115,000 and 130,000, commensurate with caseload and experience.
