Our client is expanding their national footprint and looking for top-tierย National Commercial Paralegal Talentย to join their industry-leading CRE team in key major markets (NYC, Chicago, Miami, and D.C.).

Key Responsibilities & Primary Functions

  • In-Depth Title Review & Examination:ย Perform rigorous title review, examining commitments, title search packages, underlying title documents, encumbrances, restrictions, and legal descriptions to identify and resolve title defects.
  • Commercial Title & Escrow Management:ย Assist in reviewing surveys (ALTA/NSPS), entity organization documents, municipal lien searches, and closing disclosures for complex multi-property and commercial real estate deals.
  • Transaction Coordination:ย Coordinate closing mechanics, draft escrow instructions, handle recording processes, and clear title exceptions directly with commercial underwriting counsel.
