Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized therapeutic guidance to clients facing mental health challenges, utilizing various evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to formulate and adapt treatment plans tailored to each client's progress and specific needs.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of client interactions in accordance with established clinical standards and regulations.
• Create personalized care plans, conducting regular follow-ups to assess client progress and make necessary adjustments in treatment approaches.
• Engage in community outreach by representing our organization at local events, fostering partnerships that enhance client access to services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patients you will serve range from individuals seeking support for anxiety and depression to couples and families navigating communication and relationship issues. Our dedicated clients come from diverse backgrounds, each with unique experiences and challenges, and it's your responsibility to connect with them empathetically and effectively. You will be instrumental in fostering resilience and promoting mental well-being across the spectrum of client needs.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• A current and valid license in Pennsylvania as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• At least two years of hands-on experience in clinical mental health practice, demonstrating a strong understanding of therapeutic methodologies and client assessment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience providing therapy in a remote setting using digital communication tools.
• Proficient in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care and culturally competent practices.

Compensation and Benefits
