UAT Quality Analyst IV
Location: Remote, United States (Oregon, Washington State, Idaho, or Utah preferred)
Employment Type: Contract
Pay Rate: Up to $ 62.58/hr
Schedule: core hours 8am to 3pm (12-month contract)
Work Authorization: Candidates must be based in the United States and must be U.S. Citizens or Green Card holders to be considered.
LHH is seeking a senior UAT Quality Analyst IV for a remote contract opportunity supporting healthcare insurance functional testing. This role will lead User Acceptance Testing for complex business workstreams and ensure system changes are tested thoroughly before release.
This is not a QA automation role. The ideal candidate will have healthcare payer experience, direct Facets experience, and senior-level UAT experience across claims, membership, customer service, or other health insurance business areas.
Responsibilities
  • Lead UAT, regression, and end-to-end functional testing for complex healthcare insurance projects.
  • Review business requirements and translate them into test cases, test scripts, and testing scenarios.
  • Define test strategy, prepare test data, coordinate execution, and track UAT progress.
  • Log, communicate, prioritize, and retest defects.
  • Write and run queries to support UAT activities and validate testing outcomes.
  • Report UAT status, risks, issues, metrics, and recommendations to project and business leadership.
  • Support go-live and post-implementation validation.
  • Mentor other UAT analysts and support process improvement efforts.
Required Qualifications
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.
  • Healthcare insurance / payer domain experience required.
  • Direct Facets experience required.
  • 8+ years of business, health insurance, or healthcare industry experience.
  • 7+ years of experience with requirements analysis, process modeling, and acceptance testing.
  • 2+ years leading UAT for complex projects.
  • Experience creating UAT strategies, test cases, test scripts, regression testing plans, and end-to-end testing scenarios.
  • Experience with claims, membership, enrollment, customer service, billing, provider, or related payer operations.
  • Experience writing/running queries to support testing.
  • Strong defect management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Agile/project methodology experience.
Remote Work Requirements
Candidates must have home internet through cable modem, DSL, or fiber. Satellite and mobile Wi-Fi are not supported. Candidates must be able to use company-provided equipment and may need to plug directly into a router/modem if required. (Residents of Oregon, Washington State, Idaho, or Utah preferred)
