Job Overview:
Pay Range: $32.47hr - $37.47hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, project management support, project controls, operations, or a related role.
- Associates degree from an accredited university or college or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in a business environment.
- Proficiency in using computer applications.
- Experience in word processing, presentation packages, and spreadsheet packages.
- Proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; familiarity with Adobe software to be able to create/modify PDF files.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans and timelines.
- Coordinate project resources and stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, providing regular project updates, and addressing concerns to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Take a proactive approach to identifying potential project roadblocks; investigate and resolve issues early to minimize impact.
- Reach out to various internal departments and stakeholders to secure necessary support, resources, and technical expertise.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
