The company’s Data Center Infrastructure group delivers modular, scalable, and cost-effective infrastructure solutions designed to support the rapid growth of AI and cloud computing. By leveraging standardized designs and advanced offsite manufacturing, they help customers accelerate deployment timelines, improve quality, reduce construction risk, and scale critical infrastructure efficiently.

Position Overview We are seeking Electrical Engineers to support the design, manufacturing, and deployment of large-scale hyperscale data center infrastructure projects. This role will support electrical systems throughout the full project lifecycle, including engineering design, manufacturing, construction support, testing, installation, and commissioning. The Electrical Engineer will help ensure systems meet customer requirements, applicable industry standards, and operational performance expectations while supporting technical troubleshooting during manufacturing and field execution. Multiple openings are available across various experience levels.
Key Responsibilities
  • Review and approve electrical drawings, technical documentation, and engineering deliverables to ensure compliance with customer requirements and industry standards
  • Support the design and development of hyperscale data center infrastructure modules
  • Participate in engineering reviews, planning sessions, and technical discussions
  • Develop technical requisitions (TRs) for electrical and fire protection systems
  • Review vendor quotations and provide technical input to procurement teams
  • Prepare engineering deliverables including:
    • Electrical load lists
    • Cable sizing and schedules
    • Single-line diagrams
    • Electrical calculations and supporting documentation
  • Design and support:
    • Grounding/earthing systems
    • Lighting systems and lighting studies
    • Electrical power distribution systems
  • Develop material takeoffs (MTOs) and bills of materials (BOMs)
  • Analyze electrical systems for load balancing, capacity planning, reliability, and efficiency improvements
  • Support manufacturing and assembly teams during fabrication phases
  • Provide technical support during construction and commissioning, including responding to RFIs and troubleshooting field issues
  • Participate in site visits, project meetings, and commissioning activities as needed
  • Interface directly with customers during technical reviews and project discussions
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction, improved reliability, and innovative engineering solutions
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university
  • 3–10+ years of electrical engineering or electrical design experience
  • Experience supporting data center infrastructure, mission-critical facilities, industrial facilities, or large commercial electrical systems
  • Strong understanding of electrical power systems, equipment sizing, and electrical design standards
  • Experience with:
    • Medium- and low-voltage electrical systems
    • UPS systems
    • Diesel generators
    • Switchgear
    • Power distribution systems
    • Transfer switches and electrical controls
  • Familiarity with electrical deliverables including single-line diagrams, load lists, cable schedules, and BOMs
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license
  • Experience supporting hyperscale or mission-critical data center environments
  • Familiarity with relevant industry codes and standards including:
