What You'll Do (Scope Varies by Level)
Project Managers at Media Cause lead cross-functional work and help teams deliver high-quality outcomes. Depending on experience and role level, responsibilities may include:
- Managing multiple client projects using project management best practices
- Building and maintaining detailed project plans, assessing dependencies, risks, and timelines
- Partnering with Account, Strategy, Creative, Media, and Technology teams
- Leading or supporting client communications and contributing to meetings
- Managing project budgets, scope, and financial forecasts
- Collaborating with resourcing and finance partners to staff projects effectively
- Proactively identifying and escalating risks
- Leading retrospectives and contributing to process improvements
- Supporting proposal development and new business efforts
- Leveraging modern tools, including AI-powered project management solutions, to improve efficiency
We're open to Project Managers with approximately 2-12+ years of experience. Your background, scope of prior responsibility, and leadership experience will help determine the most appropriate role level. You likely bring:
